The EQ+AI Method™
The EQ+AI Method™ is the core of everything I do. I use AI every day in my business — I won't pretend otherwise, and I won't apologize for it. What I stand behind, every time, is the confidentiality, the due diligence, and the expert judgment behind whatever goes out under my name, or yours.
It exists to build real guardrails for anyone who touches AI — because this space is moving fast, and there's never been a more important time for a human layer over anything AI-related. (The bigger existential debate about AI? Real conversation, different day.)
You're Already
Using It
Your Instagram algorithm is AI. So are Canva's design suggestions, the photo editor on your phone, and the ChatGPT app most people already have installed. The real question was never whether to use it — it's whether you're using it ethically, and in line with the standards you practice under.
The Principles
These are the principles that guide how AI shows up in everything I build — and that I'd encourage you to apply yourself, with any AI tools you use:
AI supports the work — drafting, analyzing, moving faster. It never replaces judgment.
Every output is checked against your professional standards before it reaches you.
Whatever efficiency AI creates gets passed to you, not kept as profit.
Your license is your livelihood, and a generic AI tool doesn't know what puts it at risk. This is the foundation of everything I build, from the $195 Workshop to a full Practice Relaunch — and it's also why full-service clients get faster turnaround and more accessible pricing, without cutting corners on judgment.
"Why not just skip AI entirely? I'm paying for your expertise."
Fair question, and worth answering directly.
The real choice was never AI or no AI, it's supervised or unsupervised. Most psychologists marketing themselves today are already encountering AI somewhere, whether that's their own attempt with ChatGPT, or an agency that's never heard of CPBAO.
The question that actually matters is whether someone who understands your standards is making the calls, or whether it's happening with no oversight at all. Here, AI supports. A person (one who knows your College rules) scrutinizes and edits everything before it ever reaches you our your audience.
You're not paying for an algorithm. You're paying for the confidentiality, the due diligence, the expert judgment that is behind everything we do.
